The schematic structure of eRice website. The reference genomes (Nip and 93-11), SMRT-seq for 6mA, Bisulfite-seq for 5mC, ChIP-seq for various histone modifications and transcriptomes are generated from previous publication. 6mA AI prediction data is produced from 6mA methylation resources using artificial intelligence (AI) method. All data were stored on the eRice serving as an epigenomic resources for molecular designing and genetic improvement of developmental cues and environmental stimuli in rice.
