The website interface can facilitate users to quickly and efficiently enquiry specific genes in each cluster by gene ID. We also provided violin plot and UMAP plot, and gene accessibility profile, and sequence information hyperlinked to eRice database (http://www.elabcaas.cn/rice/index.html).
